Pro-Corruption Rally

© Shaunak De (http://shaunak.ws/) - Hazare, pro-corruption

As the government bows to the voices of the Anna Hazare led protesters, will someone spare a thought for the poor traffic constables?

What will happen to their bread and butter, if corruption does truly come to an end.

Subject: Poor constables

the constable is without doubt the integral unit of our modern police force. They get paltry salaries, live in poverty and neglect, often in slums, and are as much cursed by the public as is our police system.

They get Rs. 2000 for working everyday on the streets for about 12 hours in the scorching heat, and what do they get after they retire? not even a good pension.

giving away some bucks won't harm anyone. It is the big officials we need to stop.
